Sotetsu Kandasudacho 2nd Building

“Sotetsu Manseibashi Building”

This is an A-grade building located at 1-chome, Kandasuda-cho, Chiyoda-ku, which was completed in January 2015. The standard floor area is 200 tsubo, and there is a rooftop terrace that is only accessible to tenants.
It has excellent environmental performance based on the latest technology, including the adoption of LED lighting throughout the building and daylight illuminance control, excellent seismic resistance, and a long-lasting emergency generator which can also provide power to privately-owned areas. The building has received DBJ Green Building Certification for its excellent disaster prevention measures and BCP performance drawing on innovative technology as well as its clean exterior with calm color tone that harmonize with the surrounding landscape.

Hamura Logistics Facility

相鉄グループの物流施設開発第1号「CREDO羽村」を開発
Developed Sotetsu Group's first logistics facility development, CREDO Hamura.

We are developing the logistics facility "CREDO Hamura" in Hamura City, Tokyo. This facility is the Sotetsu Group's first logistics facility development project. This is our first step into the logistics facility development business, which is expected to be in strong demand due to expanding e-commerce business.
The facility has excellent access to the Tomei Expressway, Chuo Expressway, and Kanetsu Expressway via the Ken-O Expressway, and can be used as a delivery hub as well as a last-mile delivery base to Kanagawa Prefecture and western Tokyo. Additionally, the property is within walking distance from JR Hamura Station with residential areas nearby, making it a good location from an employment perspective.
We adopted the concept of "MOTIVATION & WELL-BEING" in the design of common areas and the interior and exterior of the building, creating a bright and clean atmosphere that is easy to work in by using natural materials, planting, and high-quality designs and finishing materials. From an environmental perspective, the facility will be powered by renewable energy, and we plan to obtain an environmental certification. Construction is scheduled to be completed in November 2024.

Commercial facility

Sotetsu Tsurumi Shitte Building

This large 4-story commercial facility was completed in May 2010 and is located in 2-chome, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama.
It is a 10-minute walk from Shitte Station on the JR Nambu Line, and the supermarket Sanwa is on the first floor and the electronics retailer K's Denki is on the second floor. Both tenants are opening their first stores in Tsurumi-ku.
The building has a parking lot that can accommodate 464 cars, so customers from a wide area, including those in the surrounding area, can easily visit the store.
The building also has solar panels covering an area of approximately 120㎡ installed on the roof of the 4th floor hall, which are used for lighting in the building and other purposes, reducing approximately 5.3 tons of CO2 emissions per year.
The facility is also environmentally friendly, with one quick-charging station for electric vehicles installed. At the quick-charging station, you can charge your car to approximately 80% of its full charge (enables a driving range of approximately 120 km) in about 30 minutes between shopping.
