The two companies have begun a business alliance, including requesting asset management from Profits Co., Ltd., for the purpose of jointly managing the property, including continually increasing its value.
This property will be completed in February 2023. Taking advantage of its convenient location, which is just a minute's walk from the south exit of Yoyogiuehara Station, where there are many unique shops around the station, Profits Co., Ltd. has been involved as a project manager since the development stage, and has created a small mixed-use complex for the neighborhood that combines work, living, and play.
