We develop and own properties mainly around the west exit of Yokohama Station and along the Sotetsu Line. We are also expanding the scope of our business by considering areas such as central Tokyo and other areas for uses other than commercial and office, and employing methods other than physical acquisition to expand our business.

With the objective of maintaining and managing buildings so that they can be used comfortably and safely, we perform building and equipment management, maintenance inspections, security, and cleaning services as well as protecting asset value through preventive maintenance plans and long-term repair plans.
